Description: The 29th international conference of the „International Society for Music education“(ISME) will take place in Beijing (China) during the 1st-6th August 2010. Over 60 music groups from all over the world are expected participate this event. They can be heard in over 60 concerts.

- planning of the events
- communication with the music groups
- helping the music groups to get the formalities done
- welcoming the groups
- responsibility for logistics

Furthermore:
- planning of other projects and events
- text processing
- market analysis
- communication with customers
- support to build up the web page

Expected Skills:
- experiences in cultural management
- EDV (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Languages: English, Chinese (only if possible)
- Ability to work on ones own
- motivation, dedication, team spirit
