The 3-star and 4-star hotels we provide for you all reach a certain standard regarding environment, safety, location, hygiene and public transportation and were approved by the ISME International Organizing Committee. According to the guidelines of the ISME International Organizing Committee the closest Hotels should be reserved for the ISME Conference lecturers and attendants. Nevertheless the offered hotels will provide you fairly convenient transportation and easy access to the China National Convention Center (CNCC) and China Conservatory of Music (CC).

The Shuttle bus from Hotels to the ISME concerts and rehearsals are probably available, confirmation is in progress.

 

Through our efforts and constant negotiations, there will be a certain number of budget hotel 3-bed rooms available for some of the performing groups during the 29th ISME Conference in Beijing, China. Since the number of such budget hotel rooms is extremely limited, they are only offered to the college student performing groups whose members are in their early twenties and are still not completely financially independent. If you have need for such rooms, please tell us via isme@eurovista.com.cn as soon as possible or otherwise they will run out.

No matter what kind of hotels you have or will book and choose, we are much obliged to help you arrange all of this and will do our best to provide you with a satisfactory trip.
